During her professional career, having had the unique opportunity to lead yoga classes for colleagues and friends after working their “day jobs” in conference rooms, the cafeteria, etc., wherever space was free to breathe, decompress, and relax together.
The encore to Kathleen's professional career is just that, sharing the gift of integrative wellness tools and yoga practices to create work life balance and manage a healthy lifestyle.
Kathleen has been practicing yoga since 2000, became certified RYT 200 in 2005, and graduated from Institute of Integrative Nutrition / SUNY as a Health Coach in 2009.
Kathleen teaches at yoga and dance studios, gyms, and for special events on donation basis for charitable organizations.
Her classes are built on gentle guidance toward using your body and your breath to free your mind, easing your thoughts and distractions to find a true sense of balance.
